What ABHSwap is, what it is not, and what you agree to when you use it.
1. What ABHSwap is
ABHSwap is a non-custodial routing interface. When you request a quote, ABHSwap queries third-party liquidity providers and bridges, ranks the results, and — if you proceed — constructs a transaction that reflects the route you selected. That transaction is returned to your wallet unsigned.
ABHSwap does not hold, receive, transmit, or custody digital assets. It does not operate liquidity pools, does not act as a counterparty, and cannot execute any transaction on your behalf. Execution occurs only when you sign with a wallet you control.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use decentralized exchange and bridging services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use of ABHSwap complies with applicable laws, including sanctions and tax obligations.
3. Quotes and routes
Quotes are estimates produced from provider data at the moment of request. Prices, fees, gas and estimated times may change before execution. The minimum-received amount you accept is encoded into the transaction; if the route cannot satisfy it, the transaction reverts or the provider refunds unfilled amounts to your source address according to its own rules.
ABHSwap ranks routes by expected net output but does not guarantee any route is the best available, will execute, or will complete within the estimated time.
4. Third-party providers
Routes are executed by independent protocols such as LI.FI, Jupiter, Across, Stargate, THORChain and others. Their contracts, terms and risks are their own. ABHSwap does not control them and is not liable for their performance, downtime, or losses arising from their operation.
5. Fees
ABHSwap charges no platform fee. You pay network gas on the chains involved and any fee charged by the provider executing your route. Both are displayed before you sign.
6. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, keys and devices; for verifying transaction details shown by your wallet before signing; for the accuracy of destination addresses; and for evaluating tokens you choose to swap, including those marked as unverified.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
ABHSwap is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABHSwap and its contributors are not liable for any loss of assets, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the interface, reliance on quotes, provider failures, chain reorganizations, or wallet compromise.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
